Wonderful Premium Hostel

This was my second stay, so more details on the review I wrote on 9th Apr. The short is that this is a premium hostel. The staff are awesome, the beds and room are super comfortable, the place is very clean, the location is right next to Hua Lamphong MRT and the onsite cafe is fantastic. I hope to return and stay again.

Fantastic Premium Hostel & Staff

Stayed here for 3 nights in 223. My room was on the 2nd floor, as were the shared bathrooms. AFAICK, that was the case for each floor. The bed was a double, came with a private light and 3 (yes 3) electrical points. The mattress was medium firm and super comfortable. The hostel even provides a towel for free and a personal bin. There was a privacy curtain, but the upper portion is netting. It does lets the A/C air circulate, but you lose a little privacy. Each bed is assigned a tall locker that could easily fit my medium backpack and more. You'll need a padlock though. There were 4 toilets + 2 extra (for the boys). Some even had a wash basin above the water tank. Strange, but convenient. IIRC, there were 4 shower rooms. Liquid soap and shampoo were provided too. The toilets and showers were alway clean. The staff will even tidy your bed and empty your bin each morning. The hotel also has a cafe on the ground floor, which is a great place for breakfast/lunch. They serve excellent coffee and lovely Thai/Chinese dishes. I especially love congee. Location wise, the hostel is next to the MRT and train station. Everything of interest is within easy reach. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. The place is scrupulously clean. The facilities are excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This hostel is a premium hostel that lives up to the tag and next time I'm in Bangkok, I'll not even look at alternatives.

This hotel was awesome! Super clean and the beds were the most comfy beds we found in all of Thailand! The staff was awesome and very friendly. I traveled with my wife and our two teenage boys they were very accommodating! Will be back for sure!

The rooms are very thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need and to make you happy. The hotel is next to the blue Metro line and access to the airport and major sight is easy. Also, Chinatown is close by. I will definetely come again.

We had a great experience, sadly we were only there if one night but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed to get around, recommendations to local restaurants and generally very helpful in all we needed. We will be returning on future trips.

My sister stayed here so I’m writing on behalf of her. Staff at Happy Station if you’re reading, Adwoa said your place was amazing! She was supposed to stay there for just one night to get the hostel experience, but she ended up staying the whole week because of the amazing customer service she received from them. They have an eatery inside for your convenience. They also have a 7/11 close by. There are also a lot of other food places around. Lily was so amazing and she had great times having conversations with her. Safety of the area is ensured. Thanks for being a part of my sister’s great first experience in Thailand.

It is very very close to the Hua Lumpong Metro Station (1-2 min walk). There is elevator in the property, easy access to upper level. The hair dryer is excellent!

It’s really close to the train station! I walked to most temples or grabbed a bike for the others. My room had the jacuzzi, worth every penny! Room was perfect, staff was great and friendly. I loved it. Definately my happy place ❤️

I booked this Hostel because it was very close to the train station and I was looking for a place to leave my luggage, shower and rest for a while before my long flight home. I was given a set of sparkling clean white towels and welcomed with a lovely ice tea. The bed was so fresh and clean and the AC felt wonderful. Clean lockers, clean showers with soap and shampoo available. Very friendly staff and good food. I owned a professional cleaning service for 20 years and have to say that I was very happy to see such a well maintained Hostel. Thank you!

Happy Station it is!

A very new Hostel near Hualamphong Station. Easy 2 mins walk from MRT station and 7-11 shop. I booked 1 unit in the Mix room. This place has a huge 5'ft comfy bed which not usually see in any hostel. Each unit has its own storage with lock. Clean. Safty with Keycard access. Many baths and Toilet room, love that wet and dry area are separated. The staff is very nice, funny to talk to and helpful. Recommended and will be back for sure.

Located within a short walk of Hua Lamphong MRT station. Staff are friendly and attempt to engage in conversation. The bed was big and bunk was roomy. Spacious locker that will fit a large check-in luggage and more. Good air con to keep the room nice and cool. There’s not much air circulation in the toilets or shower, so you will sweat. This is frustrating especially after having taken a shower. Didn’t hangout in the common area so I can’t comment on atmosphere. I didn’t see much people staying while I was there though

Not as advertised, quite disappointing.

Advertised jacuzzi is just a bath tub, which takes 4 hours to fill yourself. Not as I had pictured given the advertisement. Also, I wouldn’t recommend the washing/laundry service, our clothes were left with the same marks as before, plus dried pink detergent liquid over them. Staff tried their hardest to help but nothing really helped due to the underlying issues which existed and couldn’t be helped.

Awesome and memorable hotel stay.

1) New and sparkling clean. Tried both the dormitory room and the deluxe room. Beds were very comfortable and the bedsheets always clean. Toilets and bathrooms were also always kept clean and tidy. By the way, there are two rooms equipped with gorgeous jacuzzis. 2) Truly a land of a thousand smiles. Staffs are always kind, helpful with a ready smile. 3) Convenience. 5 minutes to Bangkok Train station. Only 3 minutes to Hualumphong MRT. Two 7-11 convenient shops just 2 to 3 minutes from the lobby. Hotel has a restaurant with a superb chef who is able to cook up a storm. Serving both Thai cuisines and some common international cuisines. Tried both with thumbs up. If your taste palate is more for street food, You will be able to sample a variety just outside the hotel and stretching to the train station. Side note: Saw a very kind gesture by hotel who provided a complimentary meal to a guest who had run out of cash and was just passing time in restaurant while waiting to depart to airport in a couple of hours. This brought a smile on my face but the gratitude and appreciation from the hotel guest was priceless. I highly recommend singles, families or a group of friends to this hotel as it will surely guarantee pleasant memories.
