The room was dirty and moldy and smelled very, very musty. Saw some cockroaches but it was really the smell that got me. I think the linens were washed but they were stained with what I’m guessing is a red bodily fluid. Check in was confusing because there’s three hotels called Grace in the same area. The staff was friendly and attentive and it seems like house keeping does their job well the room was dirty for other reasons. Very good location too.

The only positive is the layout from photo looks great, however just imagine worst deterioration, mold in shower and walls with wall paper peeling and found insects crawling. This hotel has good layout however in need of a major remodeling badly.

Generally ok but I had read lots of reports of cockroach's and yeah they had a few in the bathroom lol but doesnt freak me out lol. Issue I had was 4 bottles of water in the room all un-sealed! Check yours!

Hotel is clean and rooms are well equipt with everything you need for your stay from hairdryer to ironing board. There is a microwave and fridge and the bathroom is really impressive with walk in shower and large bathtub. Only downside was the difficulties i encountered trying to access netflix and youtube which the hotel did rectify although it was a daily occurrence and ib the end i opted for casting my phone onto the screen. The rooftop swimming pool is also abit small and the water needed cleaning more often due to avian visiters. But overall a lovely hotel.

Det är speciellt och resa i Corona tider och man kan inte förvänta sig att allt skall funka som vanligt. De gjorde så gott de kunde men rummen skulle må bättre utan heltäckningsmattor för de luktar inte gott efter en tids ensamhet.

Nice stay with WiFi problems

In general, it was more than Excellent, it could be an Outstanding if they would solve the WiFi weakness. I mean leaving it open without passwords allowing the outsiders sharing it while guests can’t in some places inside the hotel!!!?
