Nothing prepared! Took an hour for checkin! The rooms were antiquated and had brown yellow water coming out of faucets and bathtub spouts at first! They gave us no towels until we requested and one of the bathrooms was incapable of warm water! The area around the hotel was very suspect! All the eating places closed down by 9pm! Would NOT stay there again!

Generelt manglende attention.

2 overnatninger, første nat i en suite, hvor badeværelset sejler i vand på grund af utætheder, vi accepterede at tage første nat der da det var sent, men fik en ny for dag 2. anden morgen, søndag morgen kom vi ned for at spise morgenmad kl. 09:15, da var de fleste mad fade tomme, eller meget begrænset indhold, så der var meget få ting at vælge tilbage, der var generelt urent, krummer og madrester på gulv og borde, mangelfuld rengøring, og megen lidt attention for at komme med mere mad for de tomme mad fade, og det var allerede klokken 9:15 en søndag morgen. ikke et sted at anbefale eller komme igen, receptions personalet var dog meget flinke.

Night receptionist was fantastic !

My purse got left in the taxi. We did Not have a receipt or a drivers name. The gentleman wat the reception desk somehow found the driver and had my bag brought back to the hotel. This was all at 3:00 am. This took the gentleman several hours to arrange this. He would not any gratuity at all! We wee leaving the next morning for a Chiang Mai, so he was a a Godsend! The hotel is very close to Don Muang Airport. The suites are huge. The breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel.

It was a nice stay. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good with sufficient choices. The hotel is very conveniently located. But, there were no tea/coffee arrangements in the room. Good for short stay.

Very nice.

Close to market , nice friendly staff. The pool is nice , the Gym and Sauna is nice but the staff in this area not very friendly not mean just not welcoming. The front end staff was professional and helpful, the shower leaked on the bathroom floor in both rooms i had for my 10 day stay but not a problem for me.

It was OK. We celebrated our wedding at this hotel 7 years ago. The new tower rooms are good but small. Need shelves in the shower cubicle, an electric clock and another chair - only one chair provided for two people. There was a cockroach in the bathroom

Bara okej om man ska stanna över natten för att resa vidare nästa dag vilket vi skulle. Låg inett område där de knappt sett turister och det var verkligen inget roligt område. Vi tog taxi in till centrala Bangkok, med köer tog detta ca 1 timma.

Close to airport

Great for one night stay as we were flying out early the next day. You should only be paying max 100 baht from airport to hotel or vice versa. Some drivers tried asking for 500-700. Ask for it to be on the metre if possible.

Worth a visit – not a stay

Ebina House is not a holiday hotel, which is understandable with its position in the area following the runway of Don Moueng Airport with large aircrafts taking of every 3-5 minutes making a right turn above the hotel - This did not bother me much though. The main customer focus seems to be on conferences and events with guests staying only for one or two nights. The family suites are in lousy condition and screaming for renovation and update to post 2000 standard (or post 1970’s standard for that matter). – I don’t know about the single- or double rooms. The price is low and therefore somewhat acceptable, but the cleaning of the rooms is completely unacceptable and incompetent. Bed sheets and towels are changed daily, but the floors are only sweeped ineffectively and the layers of dust, dirt and grease stays preciously untouched on shelves, cupboards tables and in the corners of every room. Breakfast is nice but not impressive. The dinner restaurant presents a fine menu with good and well tasty dishes, but watch out for cockroaches! The staff are kind, smiling and helpful as far as they can and can understand. – only a few speaks some English. The pool area is cozy, but also shamelessly neglected regarding renovation and maintenance. Though the pool is cleaned every Sunday, the water stays dirty and obviously has no filtering system.
