Thank you for your comment and we are sorry to hear about your bad experience getting lost. Unfortunately many of flagged taxi drivers in Bangkok still are not familiar with using Google map or GPS system. We would highly recommend customers to use taxi app, such Grab and Lineman instead. As mention in hotel description, we are located in an alley which may not convenient for those who do not drive, but very good for drivers as we have many parking space which is considered difficult to find in this area.

All room are designed to have balcony and airy layout to ensure that light and natural air can come into the room. Unlike hotels in this area, we have many parking area which is just onsite. However as we are not located in the touristic area, we do not recommend those who want to do sightseeing of Bangkok to stay here.

Our front desk opens 24 hours and although we are located not near public transportation, our front desk can get safe taxi for you via mobile application "Grab", so we can monitor that your transfer is smooth. If you want to experience Bangkok like locals, a motorcycle taxi stand is just next to hotel.

Thank you for taking time to give us comment. We are still relatively new, some signage outside the property is still not perfect, we will certainly improve on it. As we are not located in a touristic area, there are not many western food around the property. However the famous shopping malls "Central Lad Praow', "Central Rama9" and "Union Mall" are within 10 min drive and have many western style fast food such as KFC, McDonald and restaurants to choose from.
