The room was very clean, a bit outdated though. all the toilets have tubs, so if you prefer a shower, not this hotel. The gym is old, but usable. Location is great though. The staff are very proactive and helpful.

Other than the need to immediately move the 1st night due to an AC water leak in the room, our stay was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was always good with several food selections and the staff were friendly.

The staff at the reception was excellent when we checked in on 29/3 around 9am. She told us she will expedite the housekeeper to clean the room and asked us to come back in about 2 hours. We came back a few minutes before the 2 hours and we sat at the lobby area. We were surprised she approached us and gave us our room key. 👍👍👍 The male housekeeper cleaning the 7th floor was excellent too. He gave us extra bottle of water when we asked him and also when we requested for the ironing board, he brought it in less than 5 minutes. 👍👍👍
