Other than the need to immediately move the 1st night due to an AC water leak in the room, our stay was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was always good with several food selections and the staff were friendly.

We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was quite spacious and nice to have an actual lounge to sit in with friends. Also 2 toilets so that was a bonus. The room had some age and could probably do with a refresh, otherwise suffice. In the middle of everything so a great location and would definitely recommend if you want to be near everything as well as access to the sky train to get around if you need to go further!

The hotel’s location is excellent and made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was prompt and satisfying. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age. While everything was clean and functional, some updates to the facilities would improve the overall experience. That said, the service and location were great, making it a decent choice for a comfortable stay.

Great hotel near to many malls and food. The hotel is old so furniture and fixtures were dated. A 70s vibe to the hotel. Love that the spa is within the hotel but hard to get spots. In future i would prebook massages on day 1!

Very convenient location. Multiple malls and grocery working minutes of walk. Facilities are old but acceptable. Beds are firm shower is strong. Dimsum restaurant in hotel is 5 stars and good price to western standard.
