It was okay but the bed was very small, the wifi was terrible, there was a constant puddle on the shower floor, the bed sheet was ripped. Lots of small things really

Not close to sightseeing area but not so bad
The room charge is cheap but not so bad. A little far from sightseeing area and not close to the station. The stay itself is fine. The room is large enough and clean enough, and so about shower room. No bath tub and no tooth pasta & brash equipped. The staffs make quite comfortable atmosphere with guests by talk and advice about sightseeing. The Thai breakfast is also fine. One thing should be noted when you arrive there in late night (after getting Bangkok late in the night); that is, from the main road, no English sign were on the road till the hotel (in day time there is a sign, however, in nights there isn't), so some foreigner might be at a loss... From Seven-Eleven store beside the road, enter a small path to the left of the store, and turn right at the first cross, and you will find the hotel at the right side, it is 1 to 2 minutes walk. I hope this might help.

Clean, convenient, no frills type of hotel. You get what you pay for. A mixture of dorms and rooms, I opted to pay a lil extra for a room which was exactly as pictured spacious and roomy. Don't expect a fabulous views from the balcony though. Why would you be looking for this when there's so much to see and do!!! The staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and you feel as though you are one family! There is a bar across from the hotel and this is a must to meeting others staying at the hotel. The breakfast I had, and omelette, was beautifully cooked. There's plenty Street food vendors around too. They will call a taxi if required and advise on how or where to visit.

The staff there is super friendly. But the rooms were not as advertised at all. We booked for 4 nights with Expedia and once we got there and seen the room we were not able to make any changes or upgrades to our reservation. We arrived late night and we ende up leaving the very next day taking the loss and booking elsewhere.

Budget hotel in a big room
This hotel is located in samll alley and 10 minutes walk from BTS, not quite far or near. The room is big and it's service is really good , staffs are nice. But no elevator, it means I have to climb 4 floors each time. It's cleanness is good but not 100%. Wi-fi speed is also good.

Excelente estadía: Hotel Admire Thonburi, Bangkok
Al principio nos dio un poco de temor por lo barato del hotel y la ubicación respecto a sus alrededores, sin embargo, nos cambió esta perspectiva, ya que la gente es muy amable, no se meten con el turista, demuestran confianza. Además, respecto a la ubicación, si bien no está muy cerca del tren BTS, se encuentra la estación Wongwian Yai a unas 5 cuadras, por lo que puede ir caminando o solicitar al hotel que le busquen un taxi; ellos le consiguen siempre uno con taxímetro (muy importante). Por otro lado, su desayuno es espectacular, súper recomendado. Ahora nos encontramos en otros hoteles en Phuket, pero sin duda alguna de regreso, antes de volver a Costa Rica, llegaremos de nuevo a ese hotel

表通りから入った静かなホテル
日本語を勉強していた学生スタッフが１人いて、たどたどしい日本語で懸命に対応してくれました。全体に日本語英語あまり通じません。建物室内簡素ですが、ベットの具合が良く安眠できました。安価ですが朝食付き、メニューが選べお代り自由、美味しかったです。 ホテル情報にあった電話番号が間違っています。空港のタクシー紹介所では新しいホテルなので場所が判らず、運転手さんも電話かけても通じず、ツアーの集合場所に指定された有名ホテルに行き先を変更しなくてはならなくなりました。ツアーガイドさんが骨折って調べてくださり、やっと判明。このガイドさんがいなければ宿無しになっていました。ホテル側はちゃんと番号を登録したとのこと。ウソーって体験をしました。

Fantastic hotel with brilliant and helpful staff.
We initially stayed here for 3 nights and stayed an extra two nights because we were made to feel so welcome and had such a good time. The rooms are superb and the facilities are great, there is an excellent bar opposite the hotel and the complimentary breakfast is one of the best we've had, and always comes with good service. The hotel is in a good location and close to the BTS train which you can use. What makes the hotel is the staff though. From the owners who can arrange trips and give you great advice to the girls on reception who made us feel part of the family and came on nights out with us. We made some really good friends there and we hope to see them again. Wawa in particular was an absolute blast.

Admired our stay
Staff very welcoming and helpful. Gold room booked. The room didn't have amenities such as kettle but staff were happy to provide. Hotel is a renovated Thai apartment block and some thoughtful touches. Within reasonable walking distance to BTS to get back into Bangkok and Saphon Taksin ferry service. Nice enough to stay and see a different part of Bangkok.

Excellent service
A new hotel with clean room, great shower. Splendid service from all the staffs there. Serve u with high diligent passion. Lady boss ms nana very enjoyable to chat with this young beautiful lady. Breakfast on a la carte buffet. Not very good but still ok. I believe admire thonburi will improve in no time.

Everything great but SHOWER
Staff was awesome and room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is very nice. We had issues w/ shower (no hot water until last day). No elevator and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs w/ luggage (not a problem for us but could be for other guests). Also, they had no room safe (wait they had a lock box that could grab and walk out of the room). Room was refurbished and big and comfortable w/ sitting area. Quite a walk (20 minutes to BTS) and a bit hard to find. Again staff was great

Sehr nettes Personal in gepflegtem Hotel
Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg von der nächsten Skytrain-Station entfernt und ist gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und freundlich. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen. Das Frühstück wählt man sich aus einem Angebot an Speisen aus. Es gibt typische Thaigerichte und Continental Breakfast. Alles war sehr lecker und man konnte sich stets noch mehr bestellen, wenn man wollte. Wir könnten dieses Hotel nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Gutes Hotel mit super nettem Service
Das Hotel liegt in Thonburi westlich des Flusses und man nimmt am besten dir Skytrain-Anbindung nach Wongwiyan um anzureisen. Von dort aus sind es 10 min zu Fuß zum Hotel (einfach immer der Hauptstraße bis zum Taksin-Kreisel folgen). Thonburi war für uns zwar etwas ein Kulturschock, da es hier, bspw. Im Vergleich zum Viertel, wo sich auch die westlich aussehenden Einkaufsmalls befinden (Siam Patagonien, etc.), doch noch alles etwas "ursprünglicher", dh auch verfallener und runtergekommener, ist. Vom Hotel kann man problemlos (ca. 2 km) in die Altstadt von Bangkok laufen (über eine Brücke), um sich dort die Sehenswürdigkeiten anzusehen. Achtung vor Schleppern, die einem eine Karte geben, dort tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten zeigen und sagen, dass eine Fahrt mit dem Tuk Tuk nicht mehr als so und so viel kosten darf. Kurz danach fährt, rein "zufällig" natürlich, ein Tuk Tuk Fahrer vorbei, der einen mitnehmen will (abgekatertes Spiel). Hier auf keinen Fall einsteigen, sondern ablehnen (einfach sagen, dass man lieber zu Fuß gehen möchte und weggehen). Ansonsten in Bangkok unbedingt bei Nacht auf den Bayoke Skytower (400 BAHT inklusive Getränk) gehen und die Aussicht genießen sowie die Shoppingmalls (z.B. Siam Paragon). China town ist abgeranzt, stinkt und lohnt sich nur bedingt... Auf jeden Fall die Tempel besuchen (z. B. Wat Po).
