Room was huge and the only noise was from the balcony and the boats on the river. I was asked to comfort on anything that would make my stay more enjoyable and within a couple of hours everything I raised was addtessed. Top marks for that."

Many thanks to Mr. Tan on the concierge for helping me take apart a brush to fit in my suitcase, outside his remit, but he was only to happy to help. Housekeeping discreet and efficient and we made full use of the complimentary shuttle boat service. Would I stay again 100% yes. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and comfortable. "
