"We arrived to a friendly welcome by the staff at check in. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was good. The hotel is a short walk into the centre of Banff although the hotel provided free bus passes if we didn't want to walk. ..."
