"We had a great stay at the Brewster Mountain Lodge, with its rustic charm, woodwork, and western accents. The location is excellent, right in the center of Banff and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We booked two rooms for our family, and they were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the beds were especially good after a long drive and day outdoors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the included continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a solid, comfortable place to stay. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to others."

"Clean room, friendly staff, no gym or pool at this location you have to walk across the street to the Banff Park Lodge to access those facilities."

"The property was clean and our room was very nice. The hot pools were relaxing and very quiet. We experienced some difficulty with construction in a room beside ours, but the hotel was kind enough to provide compensation for our trouble. We sincerely appreciate the response to the issue we had and we will definitely stay again. "
