"Very nice hotel, services, amenities and staff. It was nice to be right out of center of town but have shuttle service to town whenever we wanted. Use of free e-bikes, bear spray and back packs was such a pleasant surprise. Staff was super nice and prompt, style of the hotel as modern lodge inspired was great. Only complaint would be the extremely small bed side table . It wasn’t really a side table but a stool."

"Had a two queen bed room with kitchens. It was a nice layout. I would say it is an average place to stay which is ok. But it was very expensive because of location."

"Peaceful location near walking and cycling trails in beautiful Banff. Somewhat dated appliances. Fireplaces and ample supply of cut wood are a nice touch. Incredible hot tub with a spectacular view. Friendly, accommodating staff. Ample parking near units. Overpriced for what was offered, but maybe that’s the way it is now in Banff, especially during Melissa’s Road Race weekend."

"THEY GAVE ME A ROOM WITH A BROKEN WINDOW! I discovered that the window was broken in my room (the hinge was jammed, so the window was unable to close). The nighttime temperature was 0 degrees Celsius/ 32 degrees Fahrenheit, so I had to survive those temperatures while sleeping! I discovered the broken window the morning after my stay--I wondered why it was so cold, and opened the curtains, to reveal the broken window. Any other hotel would have tried to offer me a refund or move my room...
