The Fox Hotel and Suites

10/10 Excellent

"The location was perfect to either walk into town or drive out of it to see other major points of interest. Was able to eat, shop, hike, bike etc without any trouble. Staff was very alert to the fact it was Canada Day and that there were things tourists needed to know so not to be inconvenienced and they were on top of it from the jump. Highly recommend"

"The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay for our wedding. They prepped the room with necessities, as well as a nice surprise, and everyone from the reservations department to the front desk, at all hours, was so helpful. Shout out to Dave C in reservations, and Leon, Rhys, and Dave at the front desk for truly making us feel at home every day of our stay. Leon went above and beyond to make us feel like family being welcomed home. Really the best stay. We did our first look on the roof with the pools in the morning, and it was pretty epic. Thanks so much, Otter and Banff Lodging Co friends!"

Canalta Hotel Lodge

"The amenities were excellent - the cold plunge, sauna and hot tubs were great after hiking all day! Well-situated, easy to park, easy to walk downtown, and the breakfast was lovely. Only downside was our room looked straight into the adjacent hotel’s parking garage, so constant light, and not great for opening the windows. Also, given the view, the room could’ve benefited from overhead lights on a switch. The bathroom was very cramped with the door, but the amenities were otherwise great!"
