Hidden Ridge Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Hidden Ridge is a great base camp for your Banff adventures! Our unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Hot and cool pools were clean, lots of towels, and breathtaking views of the mountains. Location is perfect (you're within walking distance of the town and the Hoodoo Trail). The only issue I can think of is, our unit (ground floor townhouse) was dated looking and very dark, but this is a minor quibble. Would stay here again!"

"The location was excellent and easy to take the ROAM bus to areas in Banff, QUite and peaceful. Our room needed an update and a good deep cleaning. The range didn’t work very well. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs."
Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

"Great for the price on just the edge of town, with a shuttle. Could use a little tlc (just wear and tear of a slightly older facility), touching up their paint on outside etc. overall I would stay again as I think it is insane to pay $1000 or more a night for the stuff in town. They were super friendly. And it was nice having a little kitchen."

"We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay. The staff were most accommodating, the good was excellent at each restaurant. Our only complaint was the hvac unit in our room. It was extremely loud and blew like a hurricane wind in our room! We ended up shutting it off for the peace and comfort. The concierge staff were also most helpful and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to walk around both inside and outside. The views are breathtaking ! We will cherish our memories of a very fine and perfect stay at this magnificent hotel."

"Great stay for 6 ngt on Annv vacation. Stayed in king suite. Very roomy, bed comfortable, liked the balcony and fireplace. Room attendant did an amazing job every day!! Only and biggest complaint was terrible cheap coffee in the rooms with no coffee available in lobby either. Had to walk to coffee shop every morning. Thankfully I enjoyed cool air and walk, but always nice to enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing in the hotel room before starting the day!!"
