"This is a very welcoming property with excellent, elevated hot pools, a great sauna and sitting area. The staff supplies you with all the accoutrements for pour over coffee in the your room. The rooms are cozy and efficient and don't leave you wanting for more. The underground parking is easy and isn't an extra cost as most places are these days. The resteraunt has fabulous food and all of the staff are friendly. Can't recommend the Otter enough."

"The hotel has been recently renovated and very nice. The beds were super comfy! We were hoping to enjoy the pool, but time didn’t allow for it. The pool looks super nice though. All in all it’s a great hotel in an optimal location!"

"We had a great weekend at Tunnel Mountain Resort. It was exactly what we needed for our little getaway. The downside was the pool was very cold. It would have been more enjoyable for the kids if the pool didn’t feel like an ice bath. When I asked about it I was shut down like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Other than the pool portion the place was perfect. "
