Nous déplorons qu'il n'y y ait personne à l'accueil. Nous avons eu des difficultés pour récupérer notre code. La chambre était déjà payée, et l'opératrice contactée nous demandait de régler la somme totale, nous précisant qu'il fallait verser la taxe de séjour d'un montant de 2,60€, nous n'avons pas trop compris. Du coup on a payé la chambre deux fois!

Deux nuits chez BB

Beaucoup de mal à entrer dans l'hôtel car n'ayant pas payé d'avance je n'avais pas le code d'accès. Heureusement des vacanciers presents nous ont aidés. Par contre suite au paiement a la machine en carte bleue nous avons été prélevé deux fois et attendons le remboursement... sinon hôtel parfaitement situé, parking juste devant, station service à proximité. Chambre climatisée très important en ce moment.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel pour une nuit avant de prendre le ferry, situation très pratique proche du port et restaurants à côté. L'accueil était fermé quand nous sommes arrivés mais enregistrement sur écran tactile à l'entrée très pratique, personnel du matin très sympa. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la literie.

Je suis arrivée assez tard et il n y avait plus personne à l accueil. Le numéro de réservation reçu par email ne correspondait pas avec celui à entrer dans l ordinateur pour obtenir la chambre. Heureusement le service client par interphone a été très efficace et réactif. J ai pu obtenir ma chambre sans difficulté
