"The hotel itself was very nice as well as the staff. However, there were some issues with one of our rooms with the toilet being broken, not once but twice within the first 24 hours. In addition, when we asked to have the room cleaned, it did not look any cleaner aside from our bed being made and clean towels."

"The rooftop pool is Everything and More! The entire staff, in specific Winnie, Jacky and Mon U were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the main pool. The room was comfortable and had a good size balcony. The rooftop pool is by far the best amenity with breathtaking views all around. There is currently construction happening around the hotel. Be prepared with your ear plugs or if you will be getting up earlyish in the mornings you probably would not mind it and with closed balcony doors the noise waa tolerable. The hotel is walking distance to the beach. They also have a water station in the lobby and an in-house restaurant."

"What an amazing resort!! Our suite room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and the soaking tub was big enough for nearly 3 people. I loved opening up the patio door in the morning being greeted by bird sounds and the smell of the blooming flowers. We spent whole days at the two pools going from the beach to the pool over and over. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful and we always felt taken care of. My daughter didn’t try the kids club but it looked so fun! The tour company located at the hotel had such wonderful tours and great guides; kayaking in the mangroves was definitely a highlight! We will definitely come back to stay again. Such a wonderful island!!"
