"The staff at the reception was really nice. On our first night (3rd floor) we heard a lot of noise from above (like a cat or something). We couldn’t sleep at all but thanks to the staff we could move to the 2nd floor. Everything else was okey…you have a little Night market nearby. We always paid for the transport to the ao nang beach. I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. The staff are some of the best people I’ve ever met and are genuinely loving and wanting to help you. I can’t wait to come back! It’s always the highlight of my holidays and always recommend to others."
