"The family room was well arranged, modern, and perfect for our group of 5. The drawbacks were 3 flights of stairs and no elevator, and the kitchen is no longer serving meals. However, our room was great and very quiet! Helpful young man at reception showed us local restaurants. Very nice neighborhood with walkable streets."
"The rooms were lovely and the staff was fabulous, the valets especially went out of their way to help us. We adored the family room with the bunk beds, such a great idea for families traveling with young children so we could all be together but have designated space for everyone to sleep. We also loved the pool and waterside, kids couldn't get enough! We highly recommend this hotel while visiting Loch Lomond!"
"While the beds were clean, that was about the only positive aspect of our stay. The property itself is in disrepair and poorly maintained. In our room, there was a strip of metal drywall edging literally ripped off and left dangling from the wall, and the walls themselves were stained, grimy, and heavily scuffed. To make matters worse, our room was directly above the main entrance, making it loud and disruptive throughout the night. I would absolutely not stay at Queen of the Loch again and...
"This is more a hostel than a family room. We had to take off our shoes at the house entrance but the floors were dirty and hair balls on the bathroom floor. The yard is run down and very cheap furnishings. I paid way too much at 247.92 to sleep on Ikea bunk beds. Communication was poor as I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Im concerned as to why they are called Bellavista on Expedia but when you get there it is Forty Winks."
"First night of arrival I had seabass with potatoes and salad which was very good.
The table was sticky and had not been cleaned properly.
The back door / stairway leading to the room and the actual room were extremely dirty.
I would not book again on the above basis."
