"I stayed with my child in a twin room, a lovely window seat on looking the sea to the side, tea and coffee with complimentary biscuits. Beds very comfy, warm and clean room with a large shower bathroom with complimentary hand soap, shower gel and body wash. Modern and clean areas, the door to our room was abit awkward to lock but after a few attempts we managed. The bar and restaurant area downstairs is inviting, staff friendly and helpful. Car parking is on the street or plenty car parks...

"The North West Castle is a lovely, relaxing old style hotel that reminds you what hotels should be like and puts the factory hotels to shame. The building is interesting, in the style of a castle, a little quirky with tons of history. Above all it invites you to relax and enjoy your stay.
