"Very cute little hotel right in old town. Very well maintained and decorated. Room was very clean and cute with window to oversee our street. Location is perfect to visit any place around old town. There is no easy parking, it is on the middle of old town. We had a car and parked on paid parking $20 per night. We enjoyed our stay!"

"It is a small hotel 5 min walk from the beach. My room was located on the ground floor, it was nice, not too big but very pleasant. The only one thing that bothered me was the fact that you could hear all conversations in the reception and a noise from a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, it was a problem late at night or very early in the morning. Staff was very pleasant even not everyone can speak English but they definitely willing to help. Hotel is only 7 min walk from a bus station if...

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and some of the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Breakfast on our first morning felt rushed and disorganised, and the breakfast staff came across quite rude. "I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice.
