"All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was always nice to come back to a clean room and freshly made bed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing, and the white little kitty cat who decided to post up at the hotel was a delight! Very friendly :3. The shower in our room (rm 11) was a little strange that it didn't have a door. Because of this, water from the shower easily found its way outside the shower area. And the bathroom itself could use more hooks for towels or drying bathing...

"Resort was not crowded when we went Monday to Friday. Some minor maintenance issues but overall a very nicely maintained property. Most of the staff was friendly but this one tall skinny waitress who didn’t seem to like her job at cafe Bella vista. Everything was clean including the dining ware. It took us over a day to figure out how to walk from the casitas to the main hotel. No one told us because they wanted us to be dependent on the butler service and of course the tips. Great trip overall....

"Only stayed for the night but was pleasantly surprised at how adorable and well managed this place is. Highly recommend. Comfortable beds too!"

"This hotel is a go-to for our Puerto Rico vacations, after providing an amazing initial stay. This time, as with the previous stays, was its usual perfect for our family! Our son LOVES the pool-especially the kids play area. Breakfast and bar continue on point, and the room clean and tidy as always. While the location and price are unveatable for that area, what we like the most is the staff! Always professional, helpcul and pleasant, it continues to make our decision to stay the a no-brainer!"

"The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do."

"Very nice hotel for a family vacation. The main pool is the biggest one in Puerto Rico. There are also two other pools that are more quiet. All three pools have a bar for drinks and food. There are several restaurants at the hotel and you don’t recessarily have to leave the resort to get anything. Nori Asian restaurant and Prime steakhouse were excellent. Recommend climbing up to the Britton Tower at El Yunque rain forest mountain, you can drive your car pretty high up and then hike for about...
