"All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was always nice to come back to a clean room and freshly made bed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing, and the white little kitty cat who decided to post up at the hotel was a delight! Very friendly :3. The shower in our room (rm 11) was a little strange that it didn't have a door. Because of this, water from the shower easily found its way outside the shower area. And the bathroom itself could use more hooks for towels or drying bathing...

"Resort was not crowded when we went Monday to Friday. Some minor maintenance issues but overall a very nicely maintained property. Most of the staff was friendly but this one tall skinny waitress who didn’t seem to like her job at cafe Bella vista. Everything was clean including the dining ware. It took us over a day to figure out how to walk from the casitas to the main hotel. No one told us because they wanted us to be dependent on the butler service and of course the tips. Great trip overall....

"This hotel is a go-to for our Puerto Rico vacations, after providing an amazing initial stay. This time, as with the previous stays, was its usual perfect for our family! Our son LOVES the pool-especially the kids play area. Breakfast and bar continue on point, and the room clean and tidy as always. While the location and price are unveatable for that area, what we like the most is the staff! Always professional, helpcul and pleasant, it continues to make our decision to stay the a no-brainer!"

"The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do."

"I was traveling with a friend, girls trip, and we enjoyed the pool and access to the beach. There was a nice variety of restaurants and we enjoyed the spa. I was surprised by the hidden fees throughout our time there - starting with $16/day paid parking. Tip is typically already included on the bill, so I encourage people to be mindful of that. Our room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days during our stay and we had to request more towels and waters. For a 5 star resort, I did expect a higher...
