"Breakfast is pretty good. Rooms and bedding are outdated and AC is lacking. While the sheets were clean, there were a few holes in them. It was fine overall but it's certainly time for them to start updating rooms and buying new bedding."

"The property was very convenient for walking through Bologna. Additionally, breakfast was delicious and such a beautiful setting. The one thing that I wish I was warned about in advance was that the parking is off-site and not part of the hotel. I had to drive into the ztl to chat with the staff of the hotel to find out where we should park. We should have been given the address to the parking lot and then walking directions to the hotel. Additionally, the address of the hotel was difficult to find so there should have been additional instructions. Outside of that, our overall stay was great."

"The room was huge, and clean! The bathroom was beautiful, and having a kitchen was a plus!! While the parking situation was difficult at first, it wasn't that bad. The location was perfect for walking around the city center, and the views were amazing! I highly recommend this place. When they cleaned our room they arranged everything so neatly, without it feeling intrusive (if that makes sense)."

"The apartment was in a great location, 10 minutes walk away from the main piazza. There was a fantastic cafe to next door to the entrance too. The owners were great with their communication. The road outside the apartment is not inside the ztl zone which made it easier to drop off luggage, although you had to do it quick to not block traffic."
