Amazing, boutique stay! The room was simple and beautifully appointed, leaving all the emphasis on the fantastic view. The staff was warm and welcoming; cheers to Alicia, Lauro, Jonathan, and Jovani for making our stay so special. Fantastic stay - really loved our room with an incredible view, and the food at the restaurant was really good too. It’s great that you can take kayaks and paddle boards out on the beautiful lake whenever you like, too.

The staff was super courteous. Everything seemed clean for the most part. The personal pool wasn't clean. It had a bunch of little bugs floating that you could only see at night. However, I feel it's only right to say I'm missing a $100 bill from my bag. Also, i had to look closely at my bills before paying them. Twice i was being overcharged and had it corrected. They hold the cc machine so you can pay, but not see the invoice, while telling you the price. Beautiful views and awesome lagoon!!

Exceeded expectations

The highlight of our trip to Mexico! We were warmly welcomed with an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade on arrival. The room was beautiful, with a spectacular view of the lagoon. Every member of staff we encountered was personable, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. This experience truly exceeded our expectations, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to end our vacation.

Amainah exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, the experience was top-notch. Our group of seven thoroughly enjoyed every aspect, including the staff, amenities, and service, which made us feel like VIPs. The room views were stunning, and the cuisine was delightful. We enjoyed our stay at Amainah. Super friendly staff who are able to answer all of our questions. We have a great view of the lagoon. Our favorite part is the paddleboarding at sunrise (SUP provided by the hotel). about 10 min car ride from city center.
