What a fantastic place to stay in Bacalar! The paddle boarding, the swimming, the yoga, the massages, and the staff were all amazing! We loved the activities and enjoyed everything about this little oasis on the lake!

Very peaceful retreat on Lake Bacalar. I enjoyed all the wellness centered activities. The food was excellent and the staff amazing. Between the A frame design and the outdoor shower, we were sold. Highly recommend.

Very beautiful property. I loved that it was peaceful and that the lagoon was easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing, is I wish their were more dinner options but other than that, it was a delightful stay.

Loved everything about this place. Peace and quiet. Great service. You can get picked up on their dock for great private boat tours. Good was delicious. We went from Cancun to Bacalar in the Mayan Train and the hotel helped us with the transportation from and to the train station. I also recommend the mayan train.

This was an amazing place to stay. Surronded by such beauty and amazing sunrise and sunsets. The rooms are stunning and comfortable. The staff, well, amazing is an understatement. I also had two massages and the Mezcal Ceremony, highly recommend both. Every single meal was delishious and thoughtfully prepared. I will be back. Love this place!

Beautiful property and very clean. Would say don’t go in June too many mosquitoes and too much rain. Which made for dark lagoon. But all in all beautiful.

Lovely, Serene Lagoon Location

It was very calming to be on the lagoon. The rooms were very nice, although there were no drawers to put clothes in, only a shelf under the sink and one under a small area where you could hang clothes. There are no tv's, which was ok with me! The outdoor shower is wonderful as you look up at the beautiful trees and sky, nature at its finest! The wooden deck pathways to the rooms and the deck by the lagoon are nice. However, if you have trouble walking, you need to know that the pathways and stairs to other areas, such as the dining area in the main building, are challenging and uneven. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a great place for anyone who wants some quiet, serene time away from everyday life!

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful hotel in a natural, intimate setting right on the water. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower. The service was also excellent. The food was delicious but portions were a bit small and the restaurant is quite expensive. Great quality ingredients though. Loved the coffee! Only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that we couldn't connect to the wifi in the room. The signal was too weak. Our room was too far from the router. Next time we'll request a room with better wifi. Overall a beautiful hotel. Hopefully we can return soon!
