"Courteous staff and well maintained property. The rooms are nice and the location is Lagoon Front. The Breakfast was very good despite a small selection. The Bacalar Lagoon is a must see and I would highly recommend the Lagoon water tour. Overall, we would definitely return to the Cristalino."

Algo que deben saber es que algunas habitaciones no cuentan con refrigerador, nosotros estuvimos en una doble y no tenía, de ahí en más todo estuvo muy bien, si lo que buscas es ir a relajarte es el lugar indicado!"

"El Cuarto estaba muy limpio y la Propiedad está súper bien porque tiene su muelle y puedes estar nadando ahí agusto, lo único malo es que pasando la media noche empezaron a usar como un martillo, como si estuvieran trabajando en esa habitación y justo quedaba abajo de nuestro cuarto, y después a las 3 am igual, Lo malo es que por más que llamamos a recepción nunca nos contestaron."
