"The family room is the best room as can get quite noisy at night and also has abath and shower in that room."

"It was a great room. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the hotel bar. The parking was a little tricky at first, but it became more intuitive as we learned how it worked. The room was clean, housekeeping was prompt, and it’s in a good location. Would stay here again."

"This really wasn’t a pleasant stay. I arrived and we showed to my room which was freezing cold as the radiator wasn’t turned on. I tried to book a table for 8:30 pm but was told the kitchen closed at 8 pm. Even when I arrive home from dinner the room was still freezing and the duvet cover was very thin. The window banged all night heating didn’t come on early in the morning. I was cold all night.The breakfast the following day was awful."

"Good breakfast general staff (bar restaurant etc) excellent. However front desk inefficient & duty manager CALLUM was rude & dismissive . With that attitude he has no future in hotel management. Front desk were super efficient in taking unauthorised payments from credit cards but not so good in refunding!! Hotel overall appearance tired in need of redecorating throughout. "My husband & I arrived on a Friday and we're fairly late arriving, we were shocked at the price of the parking, the sign said £18 per day. You have to use an app which I do not like! We walked to reception and booked in. We were told our room was on third floor. We got in the lift and went up, as soon as the doors opened the heating hit us! We found our room and went in. "Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Very friendly team who were on hand and always willing to help. Dave and Phil were excellent hosts. Bar was reasonably priced as well with comfortable seating. "
