We stayed in a top floor king room with a sofa looking out over the city Pros- •The reception staff were very pleasant, helpful, and always available •The location was convenient for getting on to major roadways •There were stores and restaurants in the immediate area •Covered onsite parking •Breakfast had a lot of variety to chose from both hot and cold items with plenty of seating •Quiet •Room was very clean •Large tv for easy viewing Cons- •We had no housekeeping service the 3 days we were there •Parking was $10 a day •Have your license plate number with you when you go into the hotel because you will need to use a q code to pay for your parking. You pay a third party, not Hyatt. •From the parking area you will have to walk down or up stairs and around the building to get to the ground level and hotel entrance •Towels were very small •The shower-head spray was too light and made it hard to rinse off •Supplied showering products were of lesser quality •There was a broken coat hook •Very expensive for the limited amenities •Limited tv channels unless you pay to view The stay didn’t affect our stay negatively. We can adapt to any situation. Unless we can get a much better price, we will look for different accommodations next time. "

"This is a bad hotel. Even at a lower rate it was dirty, carpets were terrible and room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. Shower was broken and the key stopped working after two hours. Also many different characters in and out of the area all night long. Would not recommend at all. "

"We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up booking another hotel the next day due to the horrible conditions and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t even offer any accommodation. The photos are deceiving, It was very disappointing! A horrible way to start our short vacation here in phoenix. Long story short- avoid this hotel at all costs! "
