All the luxuries of home

Enjoyed our stay very much! Mini fridge and microwave are rare while traveling around Scotland, very convenient to have. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, lovely modern decor, comfy bed. Only slight issue was one of the mugs smelt like coffee and had a small stain on it as did one of the knives. But the kitchen comes with cleaning products so I just washed them.

Fantastic

Room had everything needed for a more than comfortable stay, smart TV, Molton Brown toiletries, lovely little outdoor balcony, fridge with a small freezer section and a microwave. The compact double room was spacious enough for a solo traveller and self check in was a breeze (3pm check in was a bonus as many are now 4pm). A short walk from Aldi and home bargains, with a Tesco a bit further down the road. Also plenty of takeaways, shops and restaurants. There is also a storage/drying room for ski gear ect and a car park, neither of which I needed to use but helpful to know. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved it here. Rooms were spotless and spacious enough for a few night. Easy access into property and free parking. Only downside was we could hear upstairs room walking around and dog was barking from other room quite early in the morning

My daughter and I had a good stay with Sweeney one as it was almost perfect. Comfortable room with free water and tunnocks was a really nice touch, great parking spaces and our shower was excellent and it was fairly clean. Communication was very good also so in summary the accommodation is “good” and fairly priced for the location but we would not return. Constrictively, I would agree with the other reviews of this property that the noise is the only thing that stops me from writing “excellent” as my daughter and I heard every door open and close. We also heard conversations other couples were having in neighbouring rooms.

If you are visiting the cairngorms this place is amazing to stay at. the rooms are modern with enough space and a really nice bathroom its quiet and the town is charming

We had a lovely time hiking in Glenmore Park. Aviemore is a wonderful town with nice people, fine eateries, and the Sweeney room was clean, comfortable, and close to tow n.

Lovely spot and great facilities. Had a small issue with beds set as twins instead of a king, but was very quickly amended within the hour by the duty manager, Helen. Room was clean and bed very comfortable

Modern, stylish and spotless!

I was really impressed with the quality of the accommodation. It was very modern and stylish and spotlessly clean. The little kitchenette area was very useful and there were glasses and crockery etc. I loved it and would definitely stay here again. Great location right in the middle of Aviemore too.

Superb find

Only stayed for three nights, but thought it was a lovely place. The room decor is very modern/contemporary, which is what I like. Bed and bedding was comfortable, but was only a small double bed, presumably because the room was quite small. We will stay again , but will book a bigger room next time.

The property was easy to access and very quiet. We had no interaction with the staff or anyone there but needed none. It was a short walk to and from the train station which was good. The room itself was fairly small but adequate.

Sweeney rooms one

The sweeney one had plenty of parking and the room was lovely. Perfect for a couple of nights away. However, our room was right at the entrance door and you could hear everyone coming and going, the door banged every time someone opened/closed it. This set off my dog as it was quite loud so I think people staying with dogs would be better suited to rooms at the back. Friday night was particularly noisy and a couple of people decided to have a conversation at 5am right outside our door, which luckily another room told them off. Also, the radiator would switch off at 8pm and leave the room cold at night. The window was the whole length of the room and right next to the bed which meant it got cold quick. Apart from that, it is ideal for a couple of nights. The sweeney two is where you can go for breakfast. Both mornings our breakfasts were delicious, well cooked and well presented and the staff were so lovely and attentive.

Cleanand easy walk into town center

We enjoyed the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The small deck space was great for sitting in the sun after a shower. We liked the amenities, fridge, which had 2 complimentary bittles of water, 2 sinks, and welcome gift of local treats. It was a convenient place, close to town and public transportation as we went for a hike in Glenmore Park.

Quiet compact has everything you need and like washing liquid scrub mini fridge integrated microwave no gas or no hob or no oven and near by shops helps for self catering trip parking and few steps 1st floor enjoyed first visit and stay
