"Das Hotel ist eine richtige Wohfühloase. Bei Ankunft erhält man eine kleine aber sehr ansprechende Broschüre mit den wichtigsten Informationen sowie Restaurant Empfehlungen in Lana und Umgebung. Wir konnten uns über ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite freuen. Die Ausstattung im Hotel allgemein aber auch in den Zimmern sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismässig gross. Das Personal so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Yoga Stunde ist ein Mal täglich inbegriffen und hat uns ebenfalls...

I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
