This is a beautiful property run by excellent staff who are very friendly. The restaurant for dinner provides amazing food at very reasonable prices with terrific ambiance. It is also very close (walkable) to where the gondola goes up into the Dolomites. We would highly recommend staying at this location

The cleanliness and customer service by all the team (front desk, staff that maintain Castel common area and room clean, bar & restaurant staff is excellent. Special thank you to Hannan who welcomed us every morning for breakfast with a wonderful brilliant smile. Improvement feedback-we would have appreciated to be advised parking charges instead we were presented parking charges at checkout.
