Good location - building under renovation

The room was fine (although a little stark) and great location. Inner facing balcony to sit out on. The instructions for getting the key were not great and took a while to find the key safe. All the corridors were being painted and had plastic covers everywhere (and no signs so finding the actual room took some time). Am sure I would have woken up people with my wheeled case over the plastic - sorry!

This unit was clean, tidy and very comfortable! We had a great choice of eateries all in a short walking distance. The train station was only a 5 minute walk and the ferry was on the doorstep! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, Minutes walk from heat restaurant and CBD. We just had bad luck coming when so much work was going on in the building. The noise was loud and started early in the morning. We would definitely come back to this apartment anyway if we come back to Auckland.

Great location!!

Very convenient and very quiet although we were right in the thick of things there. Bed was comfortable but perhaps an air conditioning unit would be worth investing in. Even though we had access to a fan, it was stuffy at night.

Fantastic location! The room is so comfortable, and you can really relax after you finish your day. I was here for a business trip, and I'll say with the room setting, I definitely had the best rest I can expect after a day full of conferences.
