Grand Millennium Auckland
This hotel is 3 star at best. Definately not 5 star as advertised. We stated first 2 nights in Club room & evening canapes were awful. The air conditioning did nit work properly in our room. Had to get front desk to turn on at 3:30 am since our room was so hot. The AC controls in room did not work. ...

Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport
The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. We would have rated it higher but we had problems with the shuttle pickup at the airport. We waited almost an hour and called 3 times for pickup.
