Tracy was amazing from the start of checkin. Her welcoming attitude is what made us so at ease from the door. Every single staff member including house keeping housekeeping were juat amazing. Hilton Atlanta
I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would say is the hotel needs to ensure all elevators are in operation during check out because it was a disaster trying to get on the elevator and when one finally comes it’s packed at capacity. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
