"The lobby is spectacular. Great architecture, but the room was not well maintained and felt dirty. The carpet was stained & the walls were quite scratched up. I have never stayed in a Marriott that didn’t maintain a certain standard. It was disappointing."

"When I got there I was already hrs late because of traffic , I was on the 4th F my door or key wouldn’t work so I had to send one of the kids down there to let them knw the key or door wouldn’t open. Engineering was on site and did come fast, he couldn’t fix it at first but he ended up getting it ..."

"The hotel was clean and staff was friendly; however ALL of the elevators were broken which made us wait almost 30 minute waiting for the one working elevator. The air conditioning went out in our room at 3am. Parking is included in your hotel stay ; however there is no where to park due to visitors ..."
