Good location but there was hair in the bathroom floor when we arrived, toilet kept needing maintenance ever time it was flushed, and tv was not working properly. Was offered a credit but left the next day

I do not remeber the representative's name but she was a black woman with shkrt hair and wore glasses, she was Extremely nuce and very helpful! My stay was very nice as the rooms were also nice and clean. I would stay again. They have a nice lobby that has a restaurant and bar and area for watching ...

Always love this hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous, the breakfast is sufficient, it is walkable and it’s close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
