" I recently stayed at The Connally Hotel, and while my experience started off with a few challenges especially with the Wi-Fi on the upper floors. I have to say the staff really turned things around. The hospitality here is what truly stands out. The team was attentive, patient, and willing to help resolve the issues I brought up. Once everything was addressed, my stay became much more comfortable. I especially want to give a big shout‑out to Tamika, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference. Every hotel has its hiccups, but what matters most is how the staff responds, and in that area The Connally really delivered. Thank you for the effort and the hospitality."
