Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut du warst 8 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand Supermarkt Cafés alles sehr nah der Nachteil an dem Apartment. Das war leider nicht sauber. Die Bettwäsche waren auch nicht einwandfrei. Handtücher waren sehr Alt geschirr war sehr mangelhaft Kühlschrank war nicht so sauber.

Area was nice, patio was nice. Can walk to several restaurants. Sun comes in the rooms in loft bed area bright and early.

The place was located in a very quiet neighborhood which we liked and closed by to transportation, shops, food, and the beach but the reason why I’m giving it a low rate is because the place was not well cleaned. The sheets were super dirty but I appreciate they had a washer which we used to wash all sheets. Otherwise the place was a cute one and was conveniently located for easy access to get around Athens. I would stay again but only if they fix the cleanliness of the place.

Het begon al bij inchecken wij hadden gevraagd of het mogelijk was om eventueel eerder in te checken antwoord was bel me morgen dat gedaan 2x antwoordapparaat in het Grieks toen contact gezocht via Expedia met vermelding van ons telefoonnummer eindelijk contact via WhatsApp eigenaar hebben we nooit gezien. Appartement was nog vuil ja inchecken vanaf 3.pm zei hij volgens de informatie 2.pm alle informatie over het appartement kloppen niet geen kingsize bed nog niet een queen size bed grootte. Meubilair armzalig, foto's komen zeker niet overeen. Wij zijn al na 2 dagen vertrokken ipv 5 dagen die we geboekt hadden.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war an sich geräumig und gemütlich aber ohne viele Extras. Leider war das Bad nicht besonders toll, da ein extremer Duft aus dem Wasserhahn kam. Innerhalb der Anlage exzellente Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Einfach nur Top

This was the best apartments I stayed in Athens! Room, kitchen and bathroom, private balcony. Super close to supermarket, fitness club, 10 minutes walk to the beach, area has large selection of restaurants. Will definitely stay another time.

Ev sahibi cozum odakli, ulasilabilir. Eve erisim cok kolaydi. Lokasyonu cok basarili, 8-10 dk icinde sahildesiniz. Esyalarvuzerinde biraz toz mevcuttu, biraz daha dikkat edilebilir, onun disinda banyo, tuvalet, mutfak vs temiz durumda isi.

The place itself was fine. But, we just feel like the place needs maintenance. The outside was not well kept. Tables and chairs outside were dusty. There wasn’t anything that had drawers for clothes. The toilet seat was the wrong size and didn’t stay up when those of us who can stand for number 1 are going. The locker outside our room was unsightly and it seemed there were extra keys to the suites inside. The kitchen had no plates. While there wasn’t anything a coffee maker there was no coffee provided. The included breakfast (if chosen) is door dashed pasties from a place that is a 2 min walk away. I’m gluten free and there’s no other options. After 3 days of desert getting delivered for breakfast, we gave up. There is not restaurant on-site as the picture is labeled. There is no private beach, or semi private beach. It’s a public beach, although it is very nice. I hate to leave a “bad review” but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of care put into the place. It has a lot of potential and could be great. The shower is good. The patio is nice (although a bit dirty). The AC is good. The location is good and it’s pretty quiet. He also let us check in much earlier because the room was ready which was nice.

Small apartment type room, with kitchen. Nice refrigerator, mini split type air conditioner so you can set to your liking. Room was very clean, but you can tell that it is a damp coastal climate and there was some mold odor, especially around the sinks. Breakfast was lovely and delivered fresh every morning at what time you prefer. Check in was a little confusing as we could not get check in information more than 24 hours before arrival, but we were already traveling by then and had limited service to get the information. in hind sight, we should have stayed at the airport (where we had wifi) until we could get the room code, but thankfully the housekeeper showed up and was able to get us the information we needed to get in the room. About a 15minute walk to the beach, and to the Tram, which was the best way we found to get around. Bus station only about 3min walk. Very limited street parking if you drive.

Chambre propre Contact répond rapidement bonne connexion wifi avec TV connectée Zone résidentiel , plein de commerces sur rue principale, proche mer Endroit en sécurité, rue calme, climatisation dans les pièces Manque tapis de bain Torchon Set de vaisselle un peu plus coordonnées aurait été un plus, nettoyage plus approfondi de la cuisine serait parfait Manquait un set lit : couverture, drap , coussin et housses. Place pour se garer aux alentours Salle de douche, manque VMC , travaux en cours, présence de lave linge avec lessive et adoucissant Cuisine en cours de réfection, sent un peu l’humidité, manque passoire et torchon Présence de capsule de café Très bien dans l’ensemble

Clean apartment in quiet area not far from beach

We stayed at the Deluxe Suite for 4 nights. The apartment is located in a pleasant and quiet area in Alimos. Grocery stores and restaurants are close-by and the beach is only a 15-minute walk away. To go downtown, you can take a tram from the beach or take a bus from a stop close to the apartment. It is mentioned on Hotels.com that the apartment has a private beach, but this doesn't seem to be true. The apartment was clean and quite new, everything was mostly in good condition. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and was perfectly sized for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had all the basic items you might need, except for a cutting board. There is a laundry machine in the bathroom (no detergent provided), but no dishwasher in the kitchen. One of the bedrooms had a nice little balcony. The larger patio/balcony area shown on the photos is shared with another apartment, which came as a little surprise to us. Parking on the near-by streets is free and we were able to find a spot for our car each time, sometimes closer and sometimes further away. Overall, a very nice apartment and great for staying slightly away from the city.
