The staff was very helpful and insightful. He was kind and had many recommendations for the food and interests. He assisted us with our luggage when we arrived and when we left. I would definitely recommend Athens Hill Luxury Apartments to anyone going to Athens.

We had a 2-night stay at this beautiful property located outside of the city centre but close to public transport, which was very easy to navigate. Nikolas was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful! A great option for couples.

Comfortable and clean in a good safe location.

The apartments are a 30 minute walk from the centre of Athens which gives a more relaxed and safe feeling to the area. The reception staff are friendly and give an excellent introduction to the property. The room is large and clean with a small kitchenette and is fully stocked with new plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Safe and secure parking is available on site for an additional charge of 12 euro.

Apartment was modern and comfortable. Lovely balcony and great amenities! Staff was accommodating, and we especially appreciated the housekeeping staff who added extra touches to make us feel welcomed. The only down side was that we did not want to drive in Athens, and the walk to central Athens/Acropolis area was around 30 minutes. It would have been perfect if it was just a bit closer. Otherwise, great!!!

My stay at Athens Hill was absolutely fantastic. The room was modern, spotless, and well-equipped, with a stunning view over the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — which was especially appreciated during the hot days. What truly made this stay special was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with great tips about restaurants, transport, and places to visit. Check-in was smooth, and I felt welcome from the very beginning. It was also the small touches that made a difference — like the complimentary bottle of water on arrival, strong Wi-Fi, and a great shower. In short, Athens Hill is highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens who’s looking for the perfect mix of comfort, location, and service. I’ll definitely be back!

Nicholas was very helpful. He and other staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. Quick cab ride to anywhere. Could walk to the Hop on Hop off bus stop. We liked being a little out of the downtown core. Quieter. We did lots of walking and exploring. Would go again.

Still a great, clean, tranquillary place. Found a great supermarket close by. And if it's closed, the FOC lemonade in the fridge can save yr night! A few items now more used, like the shower facilities. I would still return any time!

Beyond expectations

We had a fantastic stay at Athens Hill Luxury Apartments. Nic met us outside when we arrived and gave us details on where to go and how to get there. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was. The apartment truly exceeded our expectations. The bed was so comfortable and the whole apartment was spacious and clean. I would stay here any time I come to Athens.

Most Clean and beautifully designed modern suite. Almost every amenity you could possibly need and more. Underground parking was a plus. Only thing missing was an in room clothes drying rack or drying machine. Machines and racks in Laundry room near underground parking were always occupied. Enhanced security measures were perfect and the location was very central and convenient.

Beautiful well appointed apartment in Kallithea

Beautiful apartment esp the bathroom which was sparkling, the bedroom and rooftop. The hot tub was great fun. Location is close to both PIraeus and the centre, with great views over the city. From the back side you can just see a glimpse of the Parthenon. The staff were great and helpful. The only downsides were: -if you’re coming on foot there is a massive hill -the lounge was quite bare and felt like a waiting room plus the television was in the bedroom only, so not great if you have visitors and want to stay in the air conditioning. -the hot tub is not private as there are apartments across the street that can see the whole rooftop - would be good to put some shrubs/plants around to make it more intimate and private

Management Needs an Upgrade

Pros: The units are very attractive, some with balcony's overlooking Athens, and sitting areas with sofas and kitchens. Modern construction with electric operated shades. We were taking a cruise out of Athens the next day and the location wasn't too far from the port. Cons: When we arrived (8:30pm) we went to the door and pressed a buzzer on an intercom board but no one answered. We tried several times and then someone opened the door, but it was other guests who were able to get into the small lobby (who were also going on the same cruise) but wouldn't let us in for fear that we weren't supposed to be there. We then tried all of the intercom buttons and after being outside for about 20 minutes someone answered who identified themselves as security, and they buzzed us into the front door. We then discovered that the other people (about six of them) were also staying there to get on the cruise the next day, but no one had been there to assign them a room. After about twenty minutes of trying different communication methods, we finally got in touch with the owner. She said someone would be there shortly. About 15 minutes later a gentlemen arrived who assigned rooms and gave us room keys. By the time we got settled in our rooms it was 9:30pm. Mgmt did upgrade our room, but when you get to your room late at night and are leaving the next morning, an upgrade really doesn't do much for you.

We had a wonderful stay at the Athen Hills apartments. The apartment was very nice with all the modern and tech amenities. Nicholas and his staff were very helpful and accomodating in all the requests we had like early check in, luggage holds etc. It was a very smooth stay for us. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens.
