"The food menu is very sparse and very fancy. Not many casual/chill options. The hotel was clean, comfy, and cute. Parking is very limited. All parking is at least 2 blocks from the hotel and you have to pay. "

"The room was very spacious and equipped with a full size fridge and sink for a family of 4 with kids. Valet was available and were prompt with our vehicle when needed. Our stay was excellent for the weekend."

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to relatives we were visiting. The staff was competent, our room quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was good (albeit lacking in healthy options). One hassle worth noting was one of the two elevators for the 8-story hotel was non-functional during our three night stay. This proved to be a major inconvenience at during the morning hours when guests were trying to get to breakfast, return from breakfast, and/or leave. Wait time for an elevator was ten minutes some mornings. My 70-year-old husband was able to get a luggage rack to our floor, but chose to use the stairs instead, which took three trips to the car. In my opinion, management should compensate guests. This hotel was also not ecologically-minded. There were no recycling bins and their kitchen used paper plates, plastic cutlery, and disposable cups. We will stay elsewhere in the future. "

"The pool was closed for repairs, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. The room smelled like urine but did improve once we turned on the air conditioning. They gave us a handicapped accessible room (which we didnt need) and the adjustable shower head would not stay up. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was smelly and musty after use. The staff was great. "

"Great location, great staff. The ballrooms and other event amenities looked great. We saw lots of wedding groups. The rooms were clean but opportunity to modernize. For example, having USB-C charging options and more connection points for devices would be nice. No market pantry for a quick grab and go option and the fact that the onsite restaurant is not open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday is a bit inconvenient, esp if you're in a rush but plenty of options nearby. "

"I earlier reviewed this on both Expedia and Trip Advisor, giving a very favorable review about the Quirk atmosphere, the chic decor. It was an experience in pink! But I'd like to say again how much we appreciated the very gracious welcome we got from the lady at the front desk the evening of April 9th. She made us feel like it was our home away from home. She even came to open the front door when we came back in with our bags. Bar staff and breakfast staff were nice too. Also the Gallery had a delightful sping themed exhibit. Fun store."
