Was only there for one night. Room was clean. Called the front desk to inquire about the location of the ice machine on the 4 floor. Got sent to the 2nd floor to get ice. Took the steps back up to my room on the 4 th floor. Ice machine was right there as I came out the door. Perhaps staff should walk the property so that they know where things are located.
