"I loved the Dormy Inn. It was tucked away on a quiet side street yet conveniently located in the middle of Ginza. I chose it because of the availability of the baths and it did not disappoint; very well-maintained, with complimentary popsicles and probiotic yogurt drinks. I went twice a day! The breakfast spread is an incredible value. The staff was immensely helpful making phone calls for me and allowing me to store my luggage. My only complaint was that the bed pillows in the rooms were so hard! But happily the staff gave me a softer pillow upon request. Highly recommend!"

"I was looking for a centrally located hotel to act as home base for my tokyo stay and was very disappointed. I knew the room sizes would be small so I had no issue with the size. However, the room had a certain smell to it that showed it had not been sanitized in a while. This smell was both in the bathroom and in the carpet - just smelled like funk. Additionally, the curtains were not clean and had small moth bite holes in them. The property itself is sprawled with open boxes in the hallway, dark, and does not seem to be maintained. The AC also went on and off throughout the night. The only thing I liked was the water pressure and the fact that it is connected to a Family Mart. I wouldn’t stay here again nor advise any of my friends or family to stay here either. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with the subway entrance literally right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. I booked a slightly larger double room with a small seating area. While the space was just enough to open one large suitcase comfortably, it was a bit of a squeeze to fit two. One minor thing to note is that the air conditioning unit was placed in a rather strange position, though it didn't significantly impact the comfort of the stay. The bathroom size was standard and functional. A lovely bonus was the complimentary drinks and snacks provided during the afternoon tea session—a very thoughtful touch! Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely consider booking with the same hotel group again on my next trip to Japan!"

"The location is central to EVERYTHING. Walking distance from Ginza 6 department store, restaurant district, subway stations, Tsukiji Market and flagship shopping stores. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and dedicated to a positive experience. Breakfast option is available and I would recommend you try it at least once. "
