"Aloha, We were greeted by Peggy at our check-in. We did arrive before check-in and Peggy was able to accommodate us. She was kind, helpful and accommodating. Our room, #17, had a perfect view of Mt. Arenal. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows with a mosquito net which we didn’t need during our stay. The room was equipped with WiFi, a small refrigerator, AC, ceiling fan and a tv.
