"Checkin com a Noábia e checkout com a Naãn foram perfeitos. Muito atenciosas. O quarto muito limpo. Toalhas embaladas uma a uma e copos tbm devidamente embalados. O cafe da manha destaque para Sra Valeria que fiscaliza tudo, fazendo reposicoes e mantendo tudo limpo e organizado."

"The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."

"Extremely basic room with a bed, tv, chair and a bathroom. Towels were provided but they’re rough! Breakfast buffet was lackluster. I wanted to drink a cup of herbal tea before bed but it was impossible to get any at the hotel. The restaurant at the lobby didn’t even want to provide me with a spoon when my food delivery didn’t arrive with one. I would not stay here again. "
