Equipe excelente! Café bom. Cama péssima.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, porém precisa melhorar o cuidado com a área de lazer. A piscina, a academia e a sauna parecem abandonadas. Só precisa mesmo de um pouco de cuidado. A cama do quarto que fiquei é péssima. Muito dura e fiquei com muitas dores no corpo. O frigobar era vazio. Poderiam deixar o básico disponível para o hóspede. No mais, o tamanho do quarto é ótimo, a estrutura também. O café da manhã é básico, mas bom. A tapioca feita na hora é ótima. O ponto alto vai para a equipe. A camareira é ótima. O pessoal do restaurante é espetacular. Elogios para os garçons Errigleiber e o Clécio que são pessoas formidáveis. Elogio também para o Roberto, que é supervisor. Sempre nos atendeu da melhor forma possível.

Num lapso de 2 meses, esta foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos no SJ. O pessoal é otimo! Em abril e maio/25, adoramos os rapazes da recepção pela presteza, educação e simpatia. Agora merecem destaque o Iury e a Letícia. Roupas de camas cheirosas, limpeza e café da manhã de qualidade. Tapioca nota 10! Somente um ponto me desapontou: fizemos a reserva para um apt duplo executivo. Em abril nos acomodaram num quarto com 2 camas ENORMES (aproximadamente 1.10 m de largura cada) e confortáveis. Ontem ficamos num quarto com cama pequena e colchão duro. Dormi mal e fiquei com dor na lombar. O problema é que era a mesma categoria de quarto: Executivo. Sugestão: padronizar as camas dos quartos executivos para tam G.

Atendimento excelente das camareiras e recepção maravilhoso. O recepcionista João Antônio é incrível! Atencioso e educado. No restaurante precisa colocar uma pessoa para ajudar a moça que faz omeletes e tapioca, ela fica sobrecarregado e não dar conta.

Wifi é pessima! Tv minuscula, poucos canais.

No hall da recepcao o aromatizador joga um perfume que é extremamente forte. Chrga arder a narina. É de muito mal gosto. Deveriam rever isso. O melhor do hotel é a recepcao. Sao excelentes no atendimento ao publico. Sao ageis, educados e proativos. 10 para eles. Quanto ao hotel , cafe da manha acima da media é outro ponto positivo. Embora seja repetitivo, mas ainda é elogiável. Os pontos positivos param por ai. O wifi é pessimo . Eu fiquei sem sinal no quarto todos os dias pq o roteador tem sinal fraquissimo e oscila muito. A tv nao tem canais de esporte e ela e pequena demais e ainda fica longe da cama. O frigobar é vazio, voce tem que sempre solicitar na recepcao um item , anotar e levar pra cima. É muito arcaico isso. Onde esta o conforto? A piscina na maioria dos dias estava suja. Ela nao tem vinil nem azulejo. Parece uma caixa d agua. Academia c varios aparelhos em manutencao. Sobre a cozinha, poucas opcoes de prato e vem muita pouca proteina. Sem tempero. Nao condiz c a otima culinaria do centrooeste. Nota geral 3/10.
