"I enjoyed the stay overall. It's a nice looking hotel from outside but it has some old parts and equipments inside. The first room I stayed had leakage from the sprinkler out of no where and we were switched to a new room. The AC in the new room wasn't at its finest and wasn't cooling enough, but it got cold at the very last day finally. The telephone to call reception wasn't working so it was constantly cutting off, the shampoo bottles and soap bottles were full but weren't working well. When...

"Nossa experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Tanto o banheiro quanto o quarto tinham um forte mau cheiro desde a nossa chegada. A cama não tinha cobertor e, quando solicitamos um, nos trouxeram uma manta tão pequena que mal serviria para uma criança. As piscinas estavam sujas e com cheiro de urina. Havia poucos funcionários para atender na área da piscina, e qualquer pedido de comida ou bebida demorava mais de uma hora para ser entregue. Além disso, os funcionários...

"About clean room was really good but my first day has issue in the bathroom with roaches. The hotel staff resolved the issue faster. Parking services was great. Breakfast was delicious. Very good shower head. The room very spacious. In general was really good."
