"Having stayed twice previously looking forward to our stay.Rooms bar area all good ,but the standard of the dining room was a big step back Dinning room was poorly organized.Staff always on the back foot having to ask for things that should have been on table Dinner for 2 people was 2.5 hours Staff rarely present in dining room to speak to. Breakfast had to ask for toast 3 times and was an age to take our order from menu . Seems ok for guests there so obviously not trying to hard. If you pay a...

"Kincraig castle hotel was wonderful. Vijay and the rest of the staff were lovely, and so kind to us and our baby daughter. The food was good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"
