"Nice room, fresh and clean, great bathroom with accessibility, good wifi, decent breakfast, less than 10 mins walk from a tram station, friendly staff. The hotel has a lovely garden where breakfast was served and made for a peaceful pleasant start to each day. We were very pleased we chose this accomodation as it lived up to its ratings here and elsewhere, and would gladly stay again."

"We were in Nice to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The room was perfect and the balcony with the sea view from the 5th floor was the icing on the cake! They had also arrange for flowers and some fizz which I had requested. Nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to lour next stay. "

"The location was super convenient in terms of proximity to the station, restaurants and a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was of a good size and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints were: The room we had was right near the sign for the hotel and the blinds weren’t easy to block to the light out. The room/floor appeared to have a plumbing issue. "Staff are amazing. The rooms are small. The hotel is quite far from the city centre. There is a tram stop outside the hotel & the Promenade du Anglais is two streets down. Breakfast is limited. "
