"Property has been recently updated. Clean, basic, comfortable. All I needed for a decent night's sleep and to connect electronically for work online. Plenty of places within close proximity to eat, since there is no breakfast provided. "

"We stayed in the jacuzzi suite on the 3 floor the room was clean however once we got in we called the front desk to tell them about the loud toilet that kept running every 5 mins. The maintenance guy came up to fix it for 3 mins then left the toilet started running again within mins. The other issue is that all other entrances close at 11pm. Meaning if you don’t enter into the main lobby you will not be able to get in. Which would have been great information to provide us with on the 1st night. We had to go the front desk every night thinking it was our key that was causing us the problem we found out on our last night 3 that the only way in after 11pm is the main lobby. We came to visit Disneyland which doesn’t close until 11pm. All the parking is very far from the lobby so that long walk every night was unnecessary. Especially when you are forced to walk through the main entrance but there is no real security so that begin required was more of a hassle then a safety matter. Especially when this information was NOT told to us the day we checked in or the 3 times we came to the lobby after 11pm. "

"No frills. Bare necessities and amenities. Ceiling floors pop and squeak. Entry door did not close properly. Low guality furniture, linens and accessory items. Cold vinyl flooring. Appears to be remodeling slowly and poorly. Elevator dirty. slow with out of date inspection notice with temporary permit date purposefully"

"This was my second stay. The front desk staff, the waitress at the restaurant (Maribel), the older gentleman who looked like a manager named John, and JC Hernandez were so welcoming I felt like I was eating at grandmas kitchen. The place is beautiful, the service brough back the joy of travel again. Hotel experience has gone down so much over time, this place brings it back. I cant wait to go back. The 1/2 burger is amazing, and so is the Loco Moco"

"I didn't see the point of charging $10/night for parking Their parking lot is not shared by any other business and there's more than enough parking so the $10 charge per night was unwelcome. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. My room did not get cleaned/restocked one of the days I was there and we didn't leave a do not disturb sign on the door so I had to call the front desk later that night to get some more towels"

"Regarding the rooms, I liked the building with the gym. The "regular King Suite" in the building where the front desk is, was smaller than the pictures and a found it stuffy. However, the front desk was very accommodating and made sure we got into a room we were comfortable in. That was a double queen room in the next building. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, microwave and a sink to do dishes. It really met our needs on this trip. "
