"Location was perfect; front desk staff was super helpful, coffee, pastries and filtered water in lobby. Offered us beach towels and an umbrella and directed us to a top beach."

"The room was old and run down. Carpet was disgusting, bedspread had stains on it and door did not seal when closed. Ceiling was cracking, bathroom tiles had black yuck on it, and the lighting was dark. The key lock was the only thing holding the door closed. It is close to the Occasions venue and great restaurants, but it is not worth the price."

"Very helpful staff and amazing ambiance."

"Very clean and nice and quiet."

"While it was nice to have a kitchenette the rest of the room was dated with mildew in the bathroom - it could definitely use a refresh. It was also nice to have breakfast, but it wasn’t very good and they start taking stuff away with 1/2 hour still to go. Most of the employees were very nice, but they contradicted each other at times. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay."

"Stay not worth the price. Especially because it’s an extra $100 for amenity fee and parking. Decent for a one night stay because of location to beach, but wouldn’t stay longer."

"This place is a bit run down and needs some TLC. Several leaks with buckets out to catch the drips. Washer and dryer doesnt clean well or dry well. Electrical outlets dont all work. Bedding is old sometimes stained. This place could use some updates. Needs consistent fruit selections at breakfast as well as bagels."

"Sal, Ducksa and staff are very helpful and keep the place spotless."

"The hotel room was extremely clean. Lobby was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is the windows being cleaned in the room."

"Easy and quick check-in great clean and comfortable room nice and quiet shower pressure. Excellent toilet worked and is powerful refrigerator was cold. Air conditioning was working properly pillows were fantastic. I have nothing negative to say and I travel a lot. This was by far the best hotel. I’ve stayed at. Not to mention the breakfast was excellent And they even offer underground or covered parking"

"Great place to stay for work. Quiet, convenient, easy to get in and out and get lots of work done. I would recommend anyone who has business in Orange Country."

"Everything was excellent about the room. It was a very spacious clean and comfortable room. Beautiful location and friendly staff."
