"I had a junior suite with my family which included a 2 year old. There was no fridge, microwave or kettle in the room. The restaurant staff either did not understand English well or were just got 2 of or 4 orders wrong and our meals were served at least 15 minutes apart, so one person was done eating before the next got their meal. The service in both the bar and restaurant was very slow. The front desk service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, although included, was insufficient with...

"My wife and I stayed here for one night so that we were close to the airport for the next day's flight.It worked out very well. The hotel was well located, clean, comfortable, quiet (could not tell that we were near an airport) and they had a free shuttle to the airport. The only negative was that an included breakfast would have been nice. But, even without that, we would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel location with access to all three CDG Terminals. So convenient for any international flight before 12 noon. It does take 60-90 minutes to check-in, passports, customs & baggage screening. Our room #329 was large, which was nice, however, the carpets were worn and stained. It was cold/unheated in the hotel lobby and the hotel dining room. It was warmer in the RER B train station attached to the hotel (note air temp at CDG was ~ 10 degrees C)"

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."
