"The buffet breakfast was very nice before our early morning flight. The shuttle picked us up from and took us out to terminal 3 right on time both ways. Very convenient as we were a family of 4 with lots of bags."
"Gave us wrong room. Wasn’t as picture showed. Garbage everywhere. Limited access to basic services. Dint want to do breakfast that was supposed to be included. And breakfast was not good enough to eat. "
"The resort was as advertised. Lots of pools to swim, lots of picnic cottages to choose from. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and clean. The staff are accomodating and helpfiul."

The area around the hotel gets flooded, is dirty, and has a lot of homeless. The US Embassy, St. Luke's SLEC, and Robinson's are close by. "

"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
"I've stayed here a couple times and it's a much smarter choice than the City Garden GRAND nearby. The rooms are the same size, but lower priced. Staff is pleasant. Beds are comfortable. WiFi is adequate. I'd stay again."
