"My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and style.
Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot — close to train station, Restaurant, The Grounds, Supermarket, etc. Yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep.

"Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby.
The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!"

"Arrived early into Sydney on a red eye from Darwin. Didnt expect access to our room nor did we ask for it. Check in was done immediately and access to the room given. So nice to have a rest!

"Great intimate hotel with a nice vibe and perfect location for walking. Restaurant was outstanding, staff was very helpful and friendly. My only concern was that there were not really any places dedicated to put suitcases in the room. We had to put them on the floor which was a bit inconvenient, but would not stop me from staying there again - a minor inconvenience."

"Gorgeous simple room in a beautiful renovated building. Escritoire clean, comfortable bed, block out blinds, hot shower, nice bar fridge and toiletries.
Staff were exceptional - so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely - cereal, pastries, cold cuts sitting by the fireplace. Cocktails were available during happy hour in the evening.
